FIRE SAFETY DOORS

The fire safety doors are available with fire resistance of 60’ and 120’ minutes. All parts of the door are galvanised. They are made of galvanized sheet-metal and the thickness of the door-leaf ranges between 0,8mm to 1,2mm depending on the manufacturer and the door. The frame is of “Z” type with a thickness between 1,00mm and 2,00mm. The core of the door-leaf is filled with stone wool.

DOUBLE LEAF DOORS

The doors have 2 welded hinges (not glued), one bearing hinge for vertical adjustment and one spring-type hinge for self-closing with adjustable tension pin (required in fire-resistant doors). The double-leaf doors have a primary and a secondary leaf with priority mechanism and possibility for the secondary leaf to lock.

DIFFERENT TYPES

The doors are supplied with a final electrostatic powder coating, standard embossed tone RAL 9002 or optionally other RAL color. Different types of doors available on request (Single-leaf, Double-leaf, with glazed window, Sliding Doors, etc.)

CHARACTERISTICS

Every fire safety door is accompanied by its certificates, as well as by installation and maintenance instructions.
